Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand using tracked courier services.

Shipping rate applies at checkout and varies with item size and weight.

Free shipping on all orders over $250 NZD.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days, with NZ Post couriers. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or made to order, we’ll contact you with an estimated delivery time.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. 

If you need to return or exchange an item, please note:

Items must be unused, unmarked, and returned in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost, unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method or arrange an exchange.

Refunds are for the product cost only (original shipping is non-refundable).

Custom or personalised items can’t be returned unless faulty.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include a photo and order number — we’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Payments

We accept secure payments via major credit cards.
All prices shown are in NZD and include GST.

Privacy

Your details are used only to process your order and stay in touch about your purchase.
We never share, sell, or store your information beyond what’s required for normal transactions.

General Terms

All products listed are handmade or small-batch and may have minor natural variations.

Prices and availability may change without notice.

Mens Gift Works reserves the right to decline any order if payment or delivery details cannot be verified.

FAQ

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

Not at this stage. We currently ship within New Zealand only, but international options may be added later.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders leave within 2–3 working days. Delivery usually takes another 2–4 days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once it’s on the way.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days with a quick photo and order number — we’ll sort a replacement or refund.

Do you accept returns?

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Most smaller items can be wrapped on request — just leave a note at checkout.

Can I order custom or personalised pieces?

Some of our makers offer custom work. Check the product description or use the contact form to ask.

Is everything made in NZ?

Yes. Every maker featured on Mens Gift Works designs and crafts their products here in New Zealand.
