Museum-Style Replicas, Made in NZ
At Imperial Shell Works, we bring history to life.
Each piece is a faithful 3D-printed replica of iconic WWII ordnance.
From grenades and mortars to Tiger I tank tracks and artillery shells.
Every replica is mounted on handcrafted timber plinths, waxed and engraved with our mark.
Each accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

The German Granatwerfer 81 was the standard infantry mortar of the Wehrmacht during WWII. Compact, reliable, and highly effective, it provided front-line troops with mobile firepower capable of lobbing explosive shells deep into enemy positions. Its simple design made it easy to operate and deadly in the field — earning it a fearsome reputation among Allied soldiers.
Our full-scale Granatwerfer 81 replica is 3D printed with attention to authentic detail, mounted on a handcrafted timber plinth, and supplied with a certificate of authenticity. Built for display only, it offers collectors and enthusiasts a striking reminder of battlefield engineering.
